I've done everything under the sun—I have a BA in archaeology from the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from the University from Houston, and have worked as a graphic artist, romance editor, writer, UX designer, frontend developer... the list actually goes on. Yet through all these endeavors, I've always known my true calling was storytelling. I write epic and historical fantasy with a good dose of romance and plenty of adventure. I'm a huge nerd and draw my inspiration from actual history and RPGs, particularly video games (Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Horizon, Dark Souls... Someone stop me).
I absolutely love hearing from fans, so don't be shy. Chances are I'm looking for an excuse to procrastinate...
The Noble Pirates began as a humble web serial back in 2009. My readers will forever be the reason I continue to write.
Ok, I'm hooked. I'm waiting impatiently for the next installment. You have obviously found your calling. Diana Gabaldon, Watch your back.
how i would love to see this be made into a movie. began reading chapter one last night; suffice it to say that i am completely hooked. very, very well done!
I loved the noble pirate. I was able to get it for free this morning and read while I was getting my chemo treatment!!!! I stayed up to finish it. I would love to know when the next installment comes out!
Can't you put the next chapter up earlier? On tenterhooks here....
Lady, you're good. Real good. My hat's off to you. Regards, Ulf
I just had to say that I stumbled across your site earlier this evening... looking at the clock, let me amend that to late last night. I started reading and couldn't stop. Absolutely wonderful! I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the next post, I can't wait!
I read your novel over 2 evenings, and honestly could not stop! You are truly a very gifted writer and storyteller, and waiting for Book 2 seems like an impossible thing to do! I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavor to become published. You deserve it, and so much more! Please, please...start writing Book 2!
Oh my God! What a great story! Two days ago, I was searching the Internet for online novels and found you. Now, I don't like reading a long story on a screen, so I printed the posts on used paper and... read the whole thing in one sitting... couldn't get my eyes off of it. Gosh, do I really have to wait for the rest?... every day? A whole new experience for me, who suffer from an acute lack of patience... interesting. Keep up the good work... I do hope you'll get published one day, because you really write well.
OMG This is a fantastic novel! I have to tell you that I'm enjoying it so much that I've been sneaking to read this at work! I started Tuesday and just could not stop reading. I can't wait until the next post let alone your next book. The counter can't go fast enough for me! Great job!
It is Sunday and I started reading this book from the beginning at 8 pm. It is now 1:15 am on Monday, I have read through the post 24 of Chapter 4 and I am literally squirming in my seat in anticipation of the nest post. God, but this is a good story, and kudos to you for coming up with something so wonderfully original! I really hope you are able to be picked up by a publisher. I would love to buy this book, and you haven't even finished it yet.
I thought the story was so well done I had to tell someone all about it. My husband was the only one around to listen to my synopsis / review and he was interested in the story so much that he sat and actually listened while I talked on and on about what happened. ( Just so you know, this is impressive, one because I'm not the best story re-teller, and two because The Big Bang Theory was on at the time).
